We only collect information you submit directly through the inquiry, quote, wholesale and sign-up forms on this website.

• Inquiries / wholesale: name, phone number, email (optional), company/farm name (optional), region (optional), message, attachments (optional)
• Greenhouse quote requests: name, phone number, region (optional), site address (optional), budget and requirements, message, attachments (optional)
• Account sign-up: name, email, phone number, password
• Automatically: access logs and cookies may be generated while using the site (see Section 6).

• Responding to consultation and quote requests for greenhouse construction, hydroponics and consulting
• Wholesale produce supply discussions
• Member management (identity confirmation, status updates on your inquiry)
• Service improvement statistics in non-identifiable form

We do not use your data for any other purpose without obtaining your consent first.

Personal data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, except:

• Consultation and inquiry records: 3 years after the consultation ends (consumer dispute records under the Korean E-Commerce Act)
• Account data: deleted immediately upon account withdrawal
• Data required to be kept by applicable law: for the period set by that law

We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except with your prior consent or where required by law.

We outsource the following processing; due to the nature of cloud services your data is transferred and stored abroad. Transfer occurs when you use the service (form submission, site visit) over encrypted channels (HTTPS).

If you do not wish your data to be transferred abroad, you may contact us by phone instead of the forms, or refuse cookies (Section 6); form-based intake may then be limited. Questions: see the officer in Section 8.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which may use cookies. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; the website remains fully usable without them.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or suspension of its processing at any time. Contact the data protection officer below and we will act without delay.
